SECTION 5:   HEALTH HAZARD DATA

THRESHOLD LIMIT VALUE: Not Established.
OSHA PEL: Not Established.
EFFECTS OF OVEREXPOSURE: This product may cause mild skin irritation, moderate eye irritation and possible gastric distress. This product is not known to cause chronic illness.

EMERGENCY FIRST-AID PROCEDURES:
EYE EXPOSURE: Seek immediate medical attention. The most severe effects would be harm to
skin and eyeswhen in contact with rapidly expanding gas.
INHALATION: Though methane and nitrogen are asphyxiant gases, the amount of oxygen
available in this mixture is sufficient to mitigate any asphyxiation hazard. However, as with all
  compressed gases, minimize allinhalation exposures.

SECTION 6:   REACTIVITY DATA

STABILITY DATE: Stable.
INCOMPATIBILITY: Chemically active metals such as lithium and titanium.
HAZARDOUS DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTS: Not Applicable. When involved in a fire, cylinder may rupture violently, causing high-pressure release of gas.
HAZARDOUS POLYMERIZATION: Will not occur.

SECTION 7:   SPILL OR LEAK PROCEDURES

SMALL SPILLS: Monitor area for a minimum of 19.5% oxygen content before allowing reentry by personnel.
LARGE SPILLS: Use Level C: triple gloves, chemically resistant suit and boots, hard hat, and Self Contained Breathing Apparatus.
FOLLOW STATE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS FOR DISPOSAL OF LARGE NON-RECLAIMABLE SPILLS.

SECTION 8:   SPECIAL PROTECTION INFORMATION

RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: Not expected to be needed. Maintain oxygen levels of minimum of 19.5% If below 19.5% oxygen, use supplied air respiratory protection.
VENTILATION: Use with adequate ventilation. Use fan or vent to outside.
PROTECTIVE GLOVES: Not normally required.
EYE PROTECTION: Safety glasses.
OTHER PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: None except for large spills (see Section 7).
