EFFECTS OF OVEREXPOSURE: In an oxygen deficient environment, this product may cause mild skin irritation, moderate eye irritation, dizziness, unconsciousness and death under some circumstances. This product is not known to cause chronic illness.
EMERGENCY FIRST-AID PROCEDURES:
  SKIN EXPOSURE: In case of frostbite, place the frostbitten part in warm water or wrap affected
  parts
  gently in blankets.
  EYE EXPOSURE: Seek immediate medical attention.
  INHALATION: If gas is inhaled, remove victim to fresh air. If necessary, use trained personnel to
  administer supplemental oxygen supply and artificial respiration to support vital functions. Victim
  and rescuers must seek immediate medical attention.

LARGE SPILLS: Use Level C: triple gloves, chemically resistant suit and boots, hard hat, and Self Contained Breathing Apparatus.
FOLLOW STATE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS FOR DISPOSAL OF LARGE NON-RECLAIMABLE SPILLS.

SECTION 8:   SPECIAL PROTECTION INFORMATION

RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: Not expected to be needed. Maintain oxygen levels of minimum of 19.5% If below 19.5% oxygen, use supplied air respiratory protection. At concentrations above 2% exposure to Halon 1211 can produce dizziness, impaired coordination and cardiac effects.
VENTILATION: Use with adequate ventilation. Use fan or vent to outside.
PROTECTIVE GLOVES: None normally required.
EYE PROTECTION: Safety glasses.
